Tom Beckett	General	Cooperstown to Milford with ex CNJ coaches. It's an ex US Army 0-6-0. The line was the former D&H Cooperstown Branch. Walter Rich acquired it with the money he got after NY state paid him to take the former NYC Ulster & Delaware remnant he was using in Oneonta. That piece of ROW eventuallly became part of I 88. Walter did a pretty good job of leveraging that money into the NYSW empire.	2/27/2015 2:42:29 AM
